I have begun the deep and immersive process of self inquiry and in the past two weeks there has been a lightness and a love for life reenter my reality … it has been quite a proud experience of understanding to cement the knowing - keep going.

Shadow work is something I started exploring in the last 6 months or so. We can’t become fully conscious until we become aware of what we’ve been repressing. What a journey.

Thank you for sharing this. One must do the internal work. Keep your own "house" in order before projecting your issues onto another. We, as humans, all have our own burdens to bear.

doing the deep dive is hard work, but ultimately worth the difficulty. i was just re-reading my Author page where I talk about how i am a self-detective. introspection leads to healing, the journey through the darkness is steep but the sky is clear on top of the mountain.
